How can I add a social profile to my account?

To add an Instagram profile or Facebook page to your Preppr account, here are the steps you’ll need to take!

1. Click on the drop-down icon in the top right-hand corner of your account and click ‘manage accounts:

2. You’ll then see this pop-up – please click on “Link Instagram account” or “Link Facebook page”:

Next, you’ll see the Facebook login screen (this is the same whether you wish to add an Instagram business profile or Facebook page). Please enter your Facebook login credentials here:

You’ll then be shown a list of Instagram profiles and/or Facebook pages of which you are an Admin or Editor (only Admins/Editors will be able to add social profiles). Select your business account.

Please select the tick box next to the Facebook pages which you wish to add to your Preppr account. NOTE: select the Facebook page which is connected to your Instagram profile to make sure the Instagram profile will be added!

Approve the displayed permissions. It may not work properly if you turn off one or more of these options.

Please note, if you have recently been made an Admin/Editor of the social profile, you may not be able to find your social profile immediately – if not, please wait and try again 24 hours.
